Our principals Messrs. MITSUI provide full guidance for retrofitting SOx Scrubbers on MITSUI-MAN B&W main engines. The guidance includes planning, pre-inspection for scrubber retrofit, as well as modification and influence on main engine after retrofit.

We are pleased to announce the new series of Fresh Water Generator made by our principals Messrs. SASAKURA.
Recently vessels' heat source decreases because of main engine downsizing, main engine efficiency, and deceleration operation. However, fresh water demands are increasing because of SOx scrubber, SCR, and water emulsion fuel. SASAKURA WX Series has been developed to meet those needs above.

WX Series is double effect fresh water generator with main point to produce fresh water by half energy consumption compared with previous X Series.The other merit is that WX has split type (option), which is for easy replacement from exisiting unit. WX Series will be released from this October.
